Trophy Sports Policy

ALL INTEGRA PRODUCTS HAVE A ONE YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURE DEFECTS AND BREAKAGE.
(ANY ATTEMPT TO ALTER THE EQUIPMENT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY)

ORDERS
1. Trophy Sports is open Monday to Friday 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM(PST).
2. For same day shipments, please call or fax order in before 2:00PM(PST). All Next Day and 2nd Day shipments have priority.

MAIL ORDERS
1. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for clearing personal checks.
2. Certified funds will be processed in the same day as the order is received.
3. In the writing please indicate ordering person and receiver's name, address, phone number, and quantity of items ordered.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, C.O.D., money order and prepayment.
(NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

SHIPPING METHOD

We use UPS and Federal Express for the shipping. Please indicate your preference.

RETURN POLICY (All returns must include the following items)
1. A copy of the original invoice.
2. Please call us for a return authorization code, that should be written outside of the returned box
SHIPPING TO US IS NOT REFUNDABLE
THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AFTER 15 DAYS FOR ALL UNUSED PRODUCTS

Full refund on all unused product with in 15 days of original purchase.
